 The Soup Lady Café offers handcrafted soups that blend homemade comfort with modern convenience. Using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable packaging, we serve busy families and professionals through farmers markets and frozen meal options. We also offer made to order salads and delicious desserts.  We are also available to  cater your special event, provide sides for your holiday meal, or provide meal prep for weekly meal plans. Ask us about our soup subscription service. We strive to deliver high-quality, customized culinary experiences to our clients that are homemade, from scratch, with love.

    Chili

    Frozen and made to order. 8, 16 and 32oz. servings.

    3 Meat Chili

    Beef, Pork, Turkey with Black Beans in a tomato base.

    White Turkey Chili

    Ground Turkey and northern white beans in a veggie base.

    Chicken Chorizo Chili

    Ground Chicken, Chicken Chorizo, Black Beans in a tomato base.

    White Chicken Chili

    Ground Chicken and northern white beans in a vegetable base.

    Brisket Chili

    Smoked Beef Brisket, Pinto beans, in a tomatillo and green chile base.

    All Beef Chili

    Ground Ground beef, red kidney beans in a tomato base.

    Chicken bones baked then simmered in water and fortified with fresh vegetables for a hearty stock.

    Albondigas (Mexican Meatball)

    3 meat meatballs in beef broth with zucchini, carrots, corn, and potatoes.

    Chopped chicken, cabbage, zucchini, peas, carrots, green beans, corn, cauliflower in a tomato base.

    Chicken Noodle

    Chicken, vegetables, egg noodles in clear chicken broth.

    Chicken, sausage, shrimp, and crab legs in a thick Creole and Cajun roux base.

    Chicken, sausage, and okra in a thick Creole and Cajun roux base.

    Lasagna Soup

    Italian sausage, ground beef, spinach, zucchini in a tomato cream base with Lasagna noodle.

    Chopped chicken in a cream base with peas, carrots, corn and potatoes.  

    Potato Cheese Chowder

    Chopped potatoes in a cheese and cream base with bacon, celery, carrots, and corn. 

    Turkey and Kale Chowder

    Ground Turkey and Kale in a roasted vegetable cream base.

    Lobster Bisque

    Lobster, celery, carrots, corn, tomatoes, shrimp stock and cream.

    Shrimp Bisque

    Shrimp, onions, garlic, zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, shrimp stock and cream.

    Roasted seasonal veggies herbed seasoned in a pureed veggie base. 

    Spit Pea with smoked turkey

    Split peas, carrots, celery, onions, smoked turkey.

    Roasted tomatoes, red peppers, carrots, garlic, and basil pureed and strained.

    Butternut Squash

    Roasted Butternut Squash, root vegetables, garlic pureed and strained with  added cream. Lump Crab or Shrimp extra $$

    Spring mix greens, cucumbers, radishes, purple cabbage, grape tomatoes, herbed croutons. choice of dressing.

    Caesar salad

    Romaine greens, garlic herb croutons, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing.

    Chicken Salad

    Chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, mustard, horseradish.

    Asian Shrimp

    Spring mix with green cabbage, shrimp, carrots, fennel , broccoli, fried wontons, Asian dressing.

    Sweet yams mashed, seasoned, and baked in a butter and flour pie crust

    Seasoned apples topped with a vanilla cake crust.

    Oatmeal, sugar, flour, butter, craisins combined and baked to chewy deliciousness
